Glad you asked! Our monthly subscription options include free, two-way shipping for deliveries within the US. This includes return shipping so that your gently-used Get Wagging products can be promptly donated and reused by a dog in need. For all other purchases, we offer USPS shipping options.
Get Wagging products are made in the USA, and most of our materials are sourced from American manufacturers. The final product is assembled in Austin, Texas.

Absolutely! This is a popular option as Get Wagging makes an excellent gift. You can designate any order as a gift, and write a personal message, during the checkout process.

Our basic plan, The Collar Club, includes a fun, new collar every month for as low as $15* a month (*when you subscribe for 12 months). A matching leash can also be included in your box for just 10 more dollars per box, as part of our Haute Dog plan. Please keep in mind all prices are in USD and do not include taxes.
You will be billed on the 8th of each month. Your plan will automatically renew on the 8th of the month following the last delivery of your current plan. You can always cancel the upcoming renewal at anytime.
Subscription orders received between the 26th of the previous month, and the 26th of the current month, are mailed on the 27th of the current month, and include a collar or collar and leash set from next month's collection.
You can make these changes to your subscription by signing in to your account.
